Cleo + Kin in Pittsford, NY is looking for part time shop assistants to join our growing team.
We recently expanded, opening a second shop next door to our current establishment and we are growing quickly.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, positive and a natural people person.
We are especially interested in candidates with retail experience and/or small business customer service experience.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in rewarding, long-term employment and love to be part of an ever growing and evolving environment.

The shop opened in December of 2021 and we have grown quickly.
Our new expansion of the shop is introduces a mens/all gender experience.

Responsibilities
*Engaging with and assisting customers, we are looking for confident, warm, welcoming personalities *A natural teacher, being able to share information and help to educate customers on our intentional product selection *Strong understanding of customer experience and inclusivity *Daily shop upkeep, stocking and straightening, processing of shipments.
Exceptional time management and initiative necessary *Cleaning and organizing shop floor and back room, daily
Qualifications
*Weekend availability is mandatory *Retail experience, customer service focused.
Huge bonus if you have merchandising experience and/or shipment processing experience *The ability to move and work quickly and with a sense of urgency when needed, attention to detail and multi-tasking throughout the day *strong verbal and written skills *Experience with POS systems and iPad point of sale *A love of aesthetics, and knowledgeable on sustainable fashion and lifestyle
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $16.
00 - $18.
00/hour.
