The Market Visual Manager is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy for the market.
This person advises a team of visual merchandisers that create an appealing and eye-catching displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
This role reports directly to the Market Leader and partners directly with the Home Office Visual Merchandising Team.
A successful Market Visual Manager will: • Verify the execution of brand standards/guide through each store’s visual merchandiser.
• Ensure execution of floor plans set through partnership with store’s visual merchandiser.
• Assist in the management of store inventory to discourage overages and shortages.
• Assist in fostering an energetic and positive working environment for all visual merchandisers.
• Listens to the customers’ needs and presents possible options.
• Stay current on product knowledge to assist in the training and development of store visual merchandisers and HFCs.
• Partners with store Leadership on ways to improve the business through analyzing reports.
• Aide in the coaching and development of store visual merchandisers.
• Assist in the recruiting, training, and development of visual merchandisers.

The Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities: • 7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 3-5 years management experience • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Possesses a strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems • Adaptability; flexible to shifting priorities and a changing environment
