Our Sales Team is comprised of uniquely talented employees who can sell a better night’s sleep to people who need it.
We find people who do well with our company through a variety of industries in addition to sales of all types, not just furniture, such as hospitality and the service industry, as well as customer service backgrounds and even those with healthcare backgrounds.
We focus on customer experience, and offer training into product knowledge and the knowledge of sales to those who are willing to expand their talents and expertise.
*Qualifications of Sales Associate* A confident & outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people and excellent listening Self-motivation & passionate, customer service oriented, seeking to exceed customer expectations Well-spoken & able to conduct dynamic sales presentations The ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, & most holidays The ability to cover stores in the assigned area *What does one of our employees do?* Spend quality time with guests by listening to their ideas and serving as an educated, helpful advocate for helping people realize their dream sleep Provide recommendations, offer options and answer questions for guests in search of the perfect night’s sleep Stay informed on industry trends, fashion and function of our ever-changing inventory.
