There's a third roommate who's a cat.
The rent is $500 without utilities.
Utilities are around $60-$100 depending on the month plus wifi for $11/month There are two bathrooms, a long driveway, a basement, and an attic.
The house is furnished except for the room.
For winter months, the tenants need to shovel the snow themselves.
The house is generally quiet but with occasional dinner with friends.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
We prefer a young professional and lgbtq+ friendly.
The contract with the landlord is for 1-year.
