We have a room for rent in a very walkable location in Batavia.
$325 includes all utilities and Wifi.
The security deposit is $325.
The room is basically a dining room (first picture) so that is why it is so cheap.
We use a 7 foot high room divider for full visual privacy, but there is no doors for full sound privacy.
There are three other roommates in the apartment, three males in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s.
There have been females as roommates before with no issues.
The living room common area is furnished, but you are welcome to add more furniture.
No pets or smoking.
Three months minimum, but longer term preferred.
Month to month lease.
