We have a bedroom for rent in an apartment in the middle of Batavia in walking distance to the village.
There is capacity for 4 total roommates, but only two others in there at the moment.
Two males in their 20’s and 30’s.
The bedroom is unfurnished, the living room is mostly unfurnished at the moment as well but you are welcome to bring any furniture.
No pets and no smoking.
All utilities and Wifi included.
Off street parking included.
Month to month, hoping for longer term if possible.
