We have a room for rent in a very walkable location in Batavia.
$300 includes all utilities and Wifi.
The security deposit is $200.
The room is basically a dining room (first picture) so that is why it is so cheap.
We use a 7 foot high room divider for full visual privacy, but there is no doors for full sound privacy.
There are three other roommates in the apartment.
The living room common area is lightly furnished, but you are welcome to add more furniture.
Off street parking included.
No pets or smoking.
Looking for three months or more, but longer term is preferred.
Month to month lease.
