There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor, and 4 th in walkout lower level.
Room available is on main floor.
Bedroom is ~ 12’x 14’ plus closet.
You will share bathroom with one other male.
Room is not furnished.
Living & Dining rooms are furnished.
We may have a dresser you can use if needed.
Rent: $495/ month in summer which includes utilities, but add $25/ month ($520) for heat for 5 winter months ( Nov-March).
Lawn care, driveway snowplowing, trash pickup, utilities and water included in rent.
Internet cost is extra and is shared with your house mates.
Security and cleaning deposit required($595 total).
Lease is through August, 2024.
Housemates will interview new tenants, to ensure all are compatible.
