Includes all utilities (Air conditioning $30/month more), cold-water washing machine with dryer on site.
Microwave and small fridge upstairs.
May be able to use main kitchen with proper communication.
Come and go as you please.
Your business is your business as long as it doesn't affect me or the other tenants.
No overnight guests.
No smoking in the building.
Dog and cat on premises.
I will treat you with respect and will expect the same in return.
$10 Background check fee.
