- Well-trained pets would be considered on a case by case basis.
No pit bulls, rottweilers, or dobermans.
- Located north of Hilton, one minute from Lake Ontario State Parkway.
Easy drive to Route 390.
About 20 minutes to SUNY Brockport.

My 30 year old son and another man also live here.
