-Bright home with lots of light, hardwood floors

-Safe low-crime area hidden from the main roads and quiet/peaceful
-Shared vegetable garden bed with our neighbors
Looking for someone who is:
-Female identifying only
-Ideally Vegetarian/Vegan or won't cook meat in the home
-Is OK with sharing home with a cute little 8 LB dog Tuffy: well behaved, trained, and non-barker; stay mostly in its own room
- Is a graduate student/ working professional, clean, mature, and who will treat our place like their own
-Does not have any pets, we do not have the capability
-Does not smoke
Who you will be living with:
-Two friendly women in their twenties, working professionals with hybrid+full time work schedules, a decent mix of being home/out.
We’re chill & wholesome people, clean and responsible with sharing household chores.
-We like spending occasional quality time together going on walks, hikes, gym, cooking and watching TV
-You will be sharing a bathroom with one of us, and bathroom is placed right next to the available room
Price:
Rent is affordable at $1050 + Utilities ranging from $80-$150 per month.
