We also have five barns for studios, workshops, or if you wanted to keep a barn animal.
Generally trying to keep large pets in the barns because of potential allergies.
Small pets are fine (hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, fish).
About the Housemates:
Culturally mixed roommates.
I am studying for my Masters at Geneseo University and work.
I enjoy nature and often go to Mendon Ponds Park for exercise.
I like seeing all the animals.
I have one great roommate from RIT, he is studying programming.
His hobby is electronics, kayaking, and 3d printing.
I am really happy with him.
I also have a second easy going roommate who is an accountant and basically just sleep here, because he has a second apartment.
We are often busy with school and work so we don’t have a lot of free time (somewhat introverts), but I enjoy DIY projects in the detached garage and have built all sorts of things (I can weld).
I go out tango dancing with my friends occasionally.
The house is drug-free and nonsmoking.
In a housemate we are looking for what we bring to the table.
That is someone emotionally stable, kind, addiction-free (including medication abuse), who is easy going, decent credit score (650 minimum), does a basic job of cleaning up their spills in the kitchen (dishwasher handles dishes), and non-dramatic.
Someone who uses alcohol responsibly (1-2 okay, but not falling down the stairs sloppy drunk or destroying things).
I can provide many references from both past Male/Female roommates.
Having an occasional overnight guest is no problem.
