Park Ave House Share for Contract Workers/Grad Students/College Instructors from out of the Rochester area.
For more than a decade I have shared my Park Ave area home with professionals who fall into the category mentioned above and will be in Rochester on temporary assignment, or are new to Rochester for a permanent job but want temporary place to act as a “landing zone” while they find more permanent quarters.
As of late there have been Travel Nurses and other medical professionals, but housemates coming to Rochester for many other reasons might work out.
I think business school grad students would be cool.

It is a non smoking, no pet, quiet enjoyment abode where the day sleepers report “no problem.
”
The fee averages $630 per month for a 3 month stay and a little extra for household supplies and laundry use.
