Looking for a housemate to share a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house on a quiet street in West Irondequoit.
The room available is approximately 14' x 9'-6" with a 5' x 2'-2" closet.
It's currently unfurnished, but I can help you find furniture if necessary.
The house is located off of Titus Ave, with Wegmans, Aldi and Rite Aid nearby.
It's three stories with furnished common areas (including a large attic media room), a detached garage, and a fenced back yard with a small patio.
There are hardwood floors and original wood trim throughout.
The current occupants are the owner (male civil engineer in his 30's) and two cats (friendly).
Rent is $700/month plus split utilities, including RG&E and Greenlight internet (typically $80-$125 per person, depending on time of year).
A signed lease is required, and first month's rent and a $500 security deposit are due at move-in.
Non-smoking/vaping only.
There are already two cats in the house, so any pets will need to be discussed.
Please have references and proof of employment available.
Preferred move-in is March 1, but this date is flexible.
Rent and utilities will be prorated accordingly.
