My room is one of three, and my other two roommates will still be here while I am away.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a pretty big living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
There's also a tiny balcony out back, a small backyard, and a basement and attic.
Everything is furnished, including my room.
The kitchen does not have a disposal or dishwasher.
One of the things I love about this place is that it's walking distance to Cobbs Hill.
It's also very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants along Park avenue.
Rent is $550 a month.
We can prorate however long you stay at a rate of $18.
33 per day (which is $550/30).

There's free laundry in the basement, and also a ton of storage space in the basement and attic.
We have a window AC unit, and central heat.
Street parking which sometimes requires a couple blocks walk, sometimes can park right out front.
Our landlord lives below us and has always been responsive if any issues came up.
For my roommates, it's important to have someone who is respectful and helps keep the place clean, including doing dishes fairly promptly.
Any gender is fine (my roommates are both women).
We'd prefer to live with someone under 35.
