$450 Cheap room for rent (see description)

I'm looking for someone to take over my roommates portion of rent until July 1st and then re-access after that.
In all honesty, i'm looking to rent a house and look for 2 roommates after my lease is up.
My current roommate had a family emergency and had to move back home out of state.

I'm currently living in a townhouse in Greece Rent split would be 673 before utilities.
Townhouse includes heat and water.
We would pay electric which has been ranging from 60-80 split.
