The room available is approximately 14' x 9'-6" with a 5' x 2'-2" closet.
It's currently unfurnished, but I can help you find furniture if needed.
The house is located near Titus Ave and St.
Paul Blvd, with Wegmans, Aldi and Rite Aid nearby.
It's three stories with furnished common areas (including a large attic media room), a detached garage, and a fenced back yard with a small patio.
There are hardwood floors and original wood trim throughout.
The current occupants are the owner (male civil engineer in his 30's) and two friendly cats.
Rent is $800/month plus split utilities (RG&E and Greenlight internet - typically $80-$125 per person, depending on time of year).
A signed lease is required, and first month's rent and an $800 security deposit are due at move-in.
Non-smoking/vaping only.
There are already two cats in the house, so any pets will need to be discussed.
