We
currently have two gay males and a single straight male professional living in the house.
We have awesome landlords (you read that right, AWESOME LANDLORDS) and have lived here 8 years with few roommate changes - most have stayed over a year.
You must be able to sign on with us for a full year (although we will consider 6 months for the perfect fit), fill out a quick application, and have your references checked via phone.
Our landlord and his wife are ‘people persons’ and will definitely want to chat with your references.
Rent and deposit info at the bottom of this ad.
4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (meaning two showers), living room, kitchen/eating area, backyard, and a giant basement/garage that acts as a second living room, jam space, and storage area.
There is also a little secret room that our landlord used to brew beer in – we currently use it for storage but it’s pretty empty at the moment and could serve as a small art studio.
Our backyard has some furniture, succulents, and a hammock and is largely unused.
Washer and dryer.
The house was renovated 8 years ago before we moved in by our landlord who is a contractor that lives in Richmond and raised his family in this house.
We are clean folk and the house still looks brand new.
We use a house cleaning service every few months, definitely worth it.
We share all kitchen appliances, cookware, and spices (and we have a lot of stuff!)
