The Home of Dreams Nurtured is an Airbnb concept which has been running for 5 years.
We seek individuals who are working towards their dreams or life goals especially creatives, Entrepreneurs, business people, nurses, engineers, or others who are actively making the most of their lives.
The most recent stays that were successful were a grad student from Syracuse, an engineer, an analytics engineer from Canada, a Realtor.
I find that those who can clean up after themselves, communicate concerning parking (one lane driveway), and who actively work tend to nurture the best energy in the home.
Rent is $700 for bedrooms 2 and 3 and bedroom #1, which is larger, is $775.
Rent includes: Utilities, Trash, Wi-Fi, Water, Washer and Dryer Usage.
No smoking, no partying, no pets (unless they are contained in your room and you clean up everyday so they don't mess up the carpet).
Kennel confined pets welcome.
Home is located in Lyell-Otis.
Has a fence and gate.
