Hi! Looking for a woman or 2 women (or a boyfriend and girlfriend might be ok) to take over our current roommates' part of our lease.
They'll be moving out in June, lease would be renewing in July.
My best friend and I want to stay in this house so we would like to find someone else to move in.
Our rent is 1700, so for 3 of us it would be about 570 each but for 4 people it would be 425 each.
We're in Swillburg around the corner from highland diner.
The house is 2 floors, it does unfortunately only have 1 bathroom.
The bottom floor has a living room, dining room/entry area, a spare room (currently, but could be a bedroom - it's somewhat small but does have a closet) and a really nice kitchen with a washer and dryer in a space off to the side.
There is also a basement and a small backyard through the kitchen.
The top floor has the bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
The bedroom that would be opening up is one of the bigger ones, but the closet is somewhat small, however there is an additional closet in the hallway.
We have a driveway that fits 2 cars, and there is also plenty of street parking close by.
Must be okay with pets, and we could potentially add more pets to the household if you have them.
We're nice, relatively neat people.
Ideally looking for someone we could be friends with! We both typically work in the morning and stay home all day for the most part, but most days after work we just hang out in the living room or in our rooms.
We're pretty quiet and easy to get along with, and if any issues come up we're very open to any kinds of discussion.
