Let me preface by saying, THIS IS NOT FOR USE.

It is old, I'm guessing from the 60s and again, should not be used as a life preserver.
Vintage Floatex foam with a plastic shell life vest.
Made by Protection Equipment Company.
It does say adult.
It's about 26" long.
I cleaned it up a bit, but if you put a little effort into it, I think the straps would whiten up and you could get a few more specs or spots off.
There is an area where some of the plastic coating scuffed off and someone tried to make it look like normal (see last picture).
It's not too noticeable.
There are a few nicks, dents, etc.
