Antique 1907 ? Frank Mossberg Fly Fishing Metal Spool Mossberg Weapons - $10 (West Irondequoit)

Antique Frank Mossberg Co.
(known for tools) fly fishing metal spool with the last patent date of 1907.
I am pretty certain this is O.
F.
Mossberg and Sons (gun maker) brother or relative of some sort.
Their bio's show both were from Varmland Sweden and were born around the same time-frame in the 1800's.
Apparently Frank ventured into other things than tools and I believe this is an example of that (it has the diamond with the M in it logo which is on the tools).
I can't Google any other fly fishing items that he made, so I assume this is pretty rare.
Hopefully you can make out some of the writing from the pictures.
Made in Attleboro, Mass.
which is where the tool company was.
Pictures should show the shape (Flash magnifies any pitting - It doesn't look like that in normal light).
Diameter is just a tad over 3".
