Single family house wanted (Waterport)

Couple in their 40's looking to relocate to the Waterport area.
Looking for a single family home preferably on a decent sized lot.
We have pets so would need to be very pet friendly.
Would do a land contract or just rent.
Doesn't have to be beautiful.
We are able to do work on it and don't require much.
Remote is good too.
Like a cabin or trailer on land would be great.
