Operations Manager Job Description: LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening in Buffalo, NY for a qualified Operations Manager in Training.
(Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration).
Responsibilities of an Assistant Operations Managers include: * Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
* Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
* Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.

Requirements for Operations Manager include: * At least one year management experience and a 4 year college degree * Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus * Customer service skills * Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts * Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment * Must be courteous and tactful * Exceptional telephone skills * Highly organized * Must be at least 18 years old * This position if full time with benefits.
